I honestly don’t know how a 2025 Dodge Durango with only 22,000 miles can have this many problems in such a short amount of time. I am the original owner and purchased this vehicle brand new — it was never pre-owned — yet I’ve already had to bring it back to the dealership 3–4 separate times in roughly two years for major issues. • Fuel pump failure — required replacement. • ABS system failure — required replacement. • Wheel sensor failures in TWO wheels — caused approximately 8 different warning/error lights to come on throughout the vehicle. • And now, the air conditioning has completely failed and is blowing nothing but hot air. And the service experience has been just as frustrating as the vehicle itself. Almost every time I’ve brought this vehicle in, the dealership has kept it for around a week. Now, with the A/C failure, I had to wait TWO WEEKS just to get an appointment. During those two weeks, I was forced to drive and sit inside this vehicle with no functioning A/C during the middle of the summer heat. The interior would become an absolute inferno. So I have an experience today about this dealer on the service department. They are really really disappointed. The fact of managers and employees. today, Thursday, 23 July 2026. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for only inspection on my Jeep grand Cherokee so I’ve been going almost every year and technically I always get service from a black guy. I forgot his name but is he’s an old guy tall and last year. I have the same service of inspection but today when I get there to the service I parked the car I get out and the first thing I see it was like a bunch of employees walking around yelling laughing I don’t know they were like hanging out there so I came to the front and I’m looking in and who was gonna help me and they were everyone they were like doing their business except two managers. It was a white guy bowhead I forgot what name was it and there was another one told he seems like he was panic tall they both they were manager so I came to them and I’m like how are you doing, sir? Everything about the treatment that I received at the location was red carpet like. I’ve been coming here for years but haven’t been in a few and it all seemed different. More convenient and not stressful. I would give it 5 stars but I have to be honest, the appointment reminder system is so annoying that I wanted to cancel my appointment 🤣 I received approximately 15 texts, 10 emails and about 3-5 phone calls all for appointment reminders 😵‍💫 Fix that and 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with my recent car service. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Liz and her team are awesome, called up this morning to book an appointment to get the work truck serviced. I was able to get an appointment same day. Liz and the whole team were really great ,took less than 2 hours to service the vehicle and now ii'back on the road . Thank you so much for getting me in and out so fast !!!! The whole team is so professional and accommodating !!
